As with every business we must list our rules of play to ensure that all our visitors and staff are in a safe and pleasant environment. We would kindly ask you to read these prior to making a booking or visiting our premises. None of us like to read the small print but it is to protect you and us as a small business.
General Information
Our sessions are 90 minutes, and the staff will advise you 10 minutes before the session is due to end as we kindly and respectfully ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes before your booked session time and leave no more than 5 minutes after your sessions is completed. This just allows the staff to reset the rooms and clean them down ready for the next session to arrive which is of course is also beneficial to all our customers as keeping a clean environment is paramount to us so your children can play safely.
If for whatever reason you are delayed and arrive after the start of you session unfortunately you will still be asked to leave at the end of the session as we have schedules to maintain for all our customers pleasure and convenience.
All children visiting Our Imagination Station MUST be accompanied by an adult of 18 years+.
As Our Imagination Station is a playcentre and not a nursery we ask that all children MUST be supervised by a parent/carer at all times.
As Our Imagination Station is operating for various age groups therefore some small pieces that could be a choking hazard maybe present in play areas for the younger children, we kindly therefore ask all parents/carers to ensure that your child is monitored at all times.
Our Imagination Station staff are not responsible for the supervision or behaviour of the children who attend our venue. We therefore kindly ask the parents/carers must accept full responsibility and supervise their child/children whilst visiting us.
Should any child or adult cause wilful damage to any of the business’s equipment, toys etc. the parent/carer will be liable to pay for any damage caused.
We kindly ask that all shoes are removed at the entrance and placed in the shoe holders provided. Children are asked to wear socks whilst in the playrooms and no food or drink must be taken into the playrooms on any occasion.
Our Imagination Station staff reserve the right to ask a person to leave should any child/parent/carer show any signs of aggressive behaviour or illegal activity as this will not be tolerated at our family friendly venue.
Children who are unwell, or who have been unwell, with fever, sickness & diarrhoea, chickenpox or any other transmissible disease or infection are asked not to visit the venue until they are clear for 48 hours. Should this occur we understand that these circumstances are unavoidable and will try our best to reschedule your booking accordingly. A rescheduled session can only be offered providing contact is made prior to the original booked session.
Only food and drink purchased in the café may be consumed on the premises.
Our Imagination Station Ltd is a smoke free facility, smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere within the building. If anyone is found not adhering to these rules they maybe asked to leave before the session has finished.
Our Imagination Station Ltd has a no animal policy except assistance animals.
We kindly ask that prams/buggies/bikes/scooters etc are all left in the designated area, these are not permitted in the play or café area.
Transfers and Refunds
All bookings are non-refundable, should you not be able to attend a pre booked session please notify us within 24 hours of the session date and time so we can try to move your booking to an alternative date and time. If this is not possible, we may be issue you with a credit note to use for a future booking.
Our Imagination Station reserves the right to change ticket prices and these will be shown on the website if this should happen.
Photography
Visitors can take photographs of their own children only for personal, private, non-commercial purposes. Our Imagination Station Ltd may opt to share photographs of children playing on our website, social media or promotional materials WITH YOUR CONSENT ONLY should you wish your child/children not to be shown on any social media platforms please inform the staff accordingly. If the staff are not informed, then it is possible some pictures may be posted.
